Zoe Braden

Zoe Braden completed her Bachelor’s degree at Dalhousie University in 2013 and her PhD at Queen’s University (Canada) in 2018. During her PhD, Zoe worked on characterising the nature and timing of deformation on shear zones in the Himalayan and Variscan orogens. Zoe’s interests lie in combining field geology, microstructural techniques, and petrology with a variety of geo/thermochronometers to study shear zones and large-scale tectonic processes.
